What is Telehealth and how it works

In a 1 on 1 secure video chat, we will guide you through personalized treatment plans, how TCM can help manage your current health concerns and more.

To start online treatment you must register for the Janeapp. Once you are booked, we'll send you an invitation by email. Telehealth Online only works from the laptop or desktop computers - make sure your speaker and microphone work. Mobile doesn't work for Telehealth online video conference.

Insurance coverage for Telehealth

We don't offer direct-billing to any of the insurance providers for Telehealth online acupuncture treatment, although we will be looking into how a variety of insurers are managing Telehealth treatments in response to COVID-19 and will be compiling this info over the coming week. For now, we would recommend checking in with your insurance company directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information if Telehealth online acupuncture treatment is eligible for reimbursement.
